Thank you for choosing South Coast Cleaning Services. Please carefully review the following
terms and conditions, which outline the policies and agreements for utilizing our services. By
confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
South Coast Cleaning Services offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to
the following add-ons for an extra charge:
• Heavy Duty Cleaning
• Interior or Exterior Window Cleaning
• Detailed Window Blinds Cleaning
• Deep Clean of Window Tracks
• Detailed Baseboards Cleaning
• Cleaning Inside the Refrigerator
• Cleaning Inside the Oven
• Ceiling Fan Cleaning
• Sweeping Inside the Garage
• Wall Wiping
• Carpet Cleaning
2. Booking Fee
To confirm your booking, a $70 non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee will be
deducted from the total cleaning price. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment has
been received.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations or changes to any scheduled service must be made at least 24
hours in advance.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $70 cancellation fee, which is
non-refundable unless South Coast Cleaning Services determines the cancellation was due to a
valid emergency.
• South Coast Cleaning Services reserves the right to make the final decision
regarding the validity of emergency cancellations.
4. Holidays
We do not provide cleaning services on the following holidays:
• Independence Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day
If your service falls on one of these holidays, we will work with you to reschedule.
5. Transportation and Setup Fee
For window service only request subject to an additional $75 transportation and setup fee,
which covers transportation and preparation costs for our cleaning team.

IMPORTANT!! Window Cleaning: When we clean interior windows, regular cleaning of the window tracks is included at no extra charge. Similarly, for exterior window cleaning, we include the cleaning of the window frames at no additional cost. Please note that we only provide window cleaning services for buildings up to 2 stories, which is the highest we can accommodate. If screens need to be removed, we’ll need house access to remove and reinstall them, as we use a water-fed system instead of ladders. However, if you would like a deep cleaning of the tracks during interior window cleaning, an extra charge will apply. Please let us know if you’d like to add this service.

NOTE!! Heavy-duty hard water stains are not included in the regular price. We’ll need to assess the window’s condition, as we don’t offer restoration services.

6. Payment Terms
• Payment for services is due in full upon completion of the job unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing.
• Any additional services requested during the visit will incur extra charges, which
must be paid on the same day.
7. Liability
• South Coast Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damages to property
or belongings. Clients are encouraged to point out fragile items or areas requiring special
attention before the service begins.
• South Coast Cleaning Services will not be responsible for damages caused by
improper installation or maintenance of household fixtures or items.
8. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time of service.
• Failure to provide access or delays caused by the client may result in
rescheduling fees or a reduction in service time without refund.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
South Coast Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any
time. Updates will be provided in writing or via our website, and continued use of our services
constitutes acceptance of any changes.
